MY PHILOSOPHY
Live Long and Prosper is a philosophy incorporating Body, Mind and Spirit to help people reach their greatest potential. Balancing these elements can help achieve health, harmony, maintain vitality and help prevent disease.
Obtaining and maintaining high levels of health and vitality have become increasingly difficult in today's environment. Overwhelmed with pollutants, chemicals, stress, and a lack of nutrients, most people are at a total loss as to how to improve their health. Live Long and Prosper encourages people to develop better eating habits as well as incorporate plants and herbs into their diet to help contribute to maintaining good health.
Good emotional health is about keeping yourself emotionally balanced by developing the skills to deal with the stresses of everyday life. Stress has been medically proven to affect physical and mental health. The Live Long and Prosper philosophy believes that good emotional health is important to keeping a healthy mind.
Research shows that positive thinking gained from religion, meditation and prayer may contribute to healing the body. Live Long and Prosper puts emphasis on improving your spiritual health as another means improving one's health.
Society for too long has viewed health as just a physical issue and has failed to pay attention to other aspects that affect health leaving most people unhealthy in some way. The Live Long and Prosper philosophy believes in dealing with our body, mind and spirit together as the only way to have the best health possible.
