1.  My philosophy for a healthy and better life emphasizes the care of the whole person which is comprised of body, mind and spirit. Rebalancing these elements can help achieve health harmony, maintain vitality and helps prevent disease. It is important to create balance in your life by nurturing your whole person.

 

2.   Part of improving one's health is learning to incorporate a balanced herbal nutritional program .Obtaining and maintaining high levels of health and vitality have become increasingly difficult in today's environment. Overwhelmed with pollutants, chemicals, stress and lack of nutrition most people are at a total loss as to how to improve their health. My philosophy encourages people to develop eating habits with a strong focus on plants and herbs which can help contribute to maintaining health in addition to modern medicine.

 

3.   People generally have a far better understanding of physical health rather than emotional health.  Good emotional health is about keeping yourself emotionally balanced.  Improving emotional health is done through developing emotional skills to deal with the stresses of everyday life.  The ability to cope with stress is not something we are born with it is something that we learn.  Stress has been medically proven to affect physical health.  My philosophy believes managing stress is all about taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions and your environment.

 

4.   A lack of spiritual reality can be another cause of health problems.  Some researches show that finding comfort and strength in religion, meditation or prayer can contribute to healing and a sense of well-being.  My philosophy encourages improving your spiritual health as a means to help you feel better and prevent some health problems.

 

5.   Society says to look at our bodies, mind and spirit as if each part is fully separated from the other rather than intertwined.  This separation approach has led people to look at health in a compartmentalized manner rather than a whole manner.  From my experience our body, mind and spirit together forms the whole person.  My philosophy believes in dealing with each part of the whole within the whole.  When we take this approach we can have vital and energetic health.
